Rates and Reservations

All reservations are booked and confirmed by Elbow Cay Properties, with the owners consulted for special circumstances and/or needs. Pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed by Elbow Cay Properties.

 

Weekly Rates Range from $3,500 - $4,500 based on occupancy and season. ( Please contact Elbow Cay Properties for a quote. Adjustments may occur based on guest count even after the rental commences.)

 

Peak Season: mid-March to mid-August, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year Week

 

"Off" Season: Mid-August to mid-March except for holiday weeks noted above

 

• A refundable security and damage deposit via charge card is required for all rentals.

• All rentals and contracts are managed by Elbow Cay Properties.

• No pets are allowed, without exception, to avoid scratching the beautiful, varnished wood floors

Events

Dunwanderin is glad to host events, reunions, and other gatherings of people in excess of the house occupants BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AND PERMISSION.  Additional fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund minus 5% of the total rental. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, there are absolutely no refunds unless the house re-rents for those same dates at the same rate, with the refund adjusted accordingly.

Reservations during hurricane season may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded without penalty for any named storm.
